Total profit with Crowdlending: €412,75
Almost half a year of investing in crowdlending platforms, It finally happened one case that appears to be a fraud: Is Kuetzal a Big Scam? is the latest blog post I’ve written which I advise you reading in order to better understand the risks associated with crowdlending.
Now… back to the portfolio update of December, assuming that the money I had in Kuetzal is not entirely lost (I request a buyback withdrawal), here are the monthly passive results from all of my platforms. I hope it’ll make you feel inspired and make you start your own journey towards financial freedom.
Mintos

Mintos kind of disappointed this month as it was the weakest of the last 4 months. The compound interest power is being stubborn in the Mintos platform which means many loans are not being paid on time by the borrowers.
I should review the loan originators which are giving a better return and optimize my auto-invest strategy in the future for better results.

Swaper

Swaper‘s month was acceptable even though it was under my expectation. I’m looking forward to deposit some more money into Swaper so I can receive the extra 2% bonus when having an account balance superior to 5000€.

Grupeer

Until now, PeerBerry is the only platform in which compound interest is working as it should. I’m certainly going to deposit more funds into this platform.

Robocash

I think I was unfair with Robocash and will eventually deposit more funds into it. The cash drag was slightly high comparing to other platforms but nothing so bad. The decline in the graph is because of the withdrawal I made more than one month ago of 1000€.
The passive income is expected and okay for the amount I’ve currently invested in the platform.

There was only an increase of approximately 10 cents in Crowdestor. It still counts as good result. I’m looking forward for more high-interest projects yet to be introduced by Crowdestor.
